The purpose of the audit was to confirm the reliability of the data contained in the annual report of the Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation JSC based on the results of 2020 and was carried out on a selective basis to confirm the numerical data and explanations contained in the financial statements.
The audit was conducted by LLC "Auditing Firm" Profi "in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
Based on the results of the audit conducted by JSC “Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation”, it was stated that the indicators of the accounting (financial) statements correspond to the indicators of accounting financial documents, and reliably reflect the financial position of the Company. No violations of accounting (financial) reporting were found.
Also, the auditor of JSC "Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation" noted a positive trend in the indicators of financial and economic activity for 2020 compared to 2019:
1) revenue increased by 47%
2) the cost of fixed assets increased by 68%
3) the value of net assets increased by 11% and amounted to 3.163 billion rubles.
4) tax payments to the budgetary system have tripled.
