• analysis and examination of the business plan - assessment of feasibility and the level of risks, completeness and correctness of the document, with the formation of recommendations for finalizing or adjusting the project (10 working days) *
• the development of a business plan - in accordance with the Methodological recommendations for assessing the effectiveness of investment projects, approved by Ministry of Economy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the State Construction Committee of the Russian Federation on 21.06.1999 No. VK 477, as well as the UNIDO investment efficiency evaluation methodology (30 working days) *
• consideration of applications of investment projects initiators for the economic justification of their implementation on the territory of the Kaliningrad region (10 working days) *
• examination and development of the optimal financial model of the investment project (30 working days) *
• analysis of the investment project for the possibility of receiving state support measures (5 working days) *
• marketing research (14 business days)

* Provided that the initiator of the project provides the necessary information
** In the presence of a full package of documents
*** If the formation of a land plot is carried out within the framework of the 44-FZ, the terms are stipulated by the terms of the contract (at least 30 working days)
